Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wolffish desktop and mobile applications (the "Apps") and the wolffi.sh website (the "Site"), operated by Wolffish ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Apps or the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps or the Site.

Use of the Apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps for your own purposes, subject to these Terms. Components of Wolffish released under open-source licenses remain governed by those licenses where they apply.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Apps or the Site in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, including release and update servers
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Wolffish, or use our name or branding without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Apps as your own product

Your Content and Responsibility

Wolffish is an agent that acts on your device under your direction. You keep all rights to the content you create and store with the Apps. Because your data is stored locally, you are responsible for safeguarding your device and keeping backups.

You are responsible for how you use the Apps, including the instructions you give the agent and the actions it performs on your behalf. Review what the agent does — especially actions that modify files, send communications, or access external services.

AI Output Disclaimer

The Apps rely on AI models — local or third-party — and their output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Output is provided for your convenience and does not constitute professional advice. Verify important results before relying on or acting on them.

Third-Party Services

The Apps can connect to third-party services such as AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them, including any usage fees they charge.

If you download the Apps from a marketplace such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that marketplace's terms. The marketplace operator is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the Apps.

Updates and Availability

We may release updates, change features, or discontinue parts of the Apps or the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Apps, the Site, or related services (such as update servers) will be available at all times or free of interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The Wolffish name, logo, and the content of the Site are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms or by an applicable open-source license, no rights are transferred to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolffish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Apps or the Site. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Apps in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, these limits apply to the extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wolffish harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Apps or the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services (such as release and update servers) if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes may also be announced through the Apps or the Site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
